Celebrate craft beer during the annual Central Oregon Beer Week

From Deschutes Brewery (the first Bend, Oregon based brewery founded in the area in 1988) to Cascade Lakes Brewery, Boneyard Beer, Sunriver, Oblivion, RiverBend, and Wild Ride - there are so many local craft breweries to choose from when attending May's annual Central Oregon Beer Week. With over a week of activities catering to the hops enthusiast, celebrate all that is locally grown and crafted during the last week of May this year. Enjoy tastings, live demonstrations, musical performances practically every evening, and so much more - each event packed to the brim with likeminded individuals who just can't get enough of the local brew. This year's events will kick-off with the SMaSH (Single Malt and Single Hop) Festival, located at McMenamins Old St. Francis. Start the week off right at a host of breweries who are hosting special events and live music that'll entertain everyone in your group. While the great craft brew scene has spread across the country - with some local Bend breweries even making their way to the East Coast - there's nothing like enjoying a cold one on the place where it was crafted. Experience this year's Central Oregon Brew Fest this May featuring more than 26 local breweries, music, contests, and fun.
